A clean, print-ready file means faster turnaround and better results — especially on rush jobs.
- Format: PDF preferred; AI, PSD, or InDesign with embedded fonts also accepted
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for sharp, professional output
- Bleed: 0.125 inch on all sides beyond the final trim
- Colour: CMYK mode for the most accurate colour reproduction
- Safety zone: Keep all text 0.125 inch inside the trim edge

Saddle-stitch requires a minimum of 8 pages (including covers) and must be in multiples of 4 — so 8, 12, 16, 20, and so on up to 64 pages. Beyond 64 pages, perfect binding is recommended.
Saddle-stitch uses staples along the folded spine and works well for booklets up to about 64 pages. Perfect binding uses a flat glued spine — the same as a paperback book — and is better for thicker catalogues and manuals.
Yes. Short runs are welcome. We print 10, 25, 50, and 100 copies as regularly as we print 500 or 1,000. Per-unit cost is higher on small quantities, but we do them without a minimum.
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days depending on page count, binding type, and quantity. Rush options are available — call with your specs and event date and we will confirm what is achievable.
Send a single PDF with all pages in reading order (not spreads), 300 DPI, CMYK, with 0.125" bleed on all sides. InDesign files with packaged links and fonts are also accepted.
Yes. Full-colour interior pages (4/4) are standard. Black-and-white interior pages are available at lower cost if your booklet is mostly text. Mixed colour and B&W is also possible — call to discuss.
